MotoGlow Lights LLC warrants its products against manufacturer defects only. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Improper installation or failure to follow the included installation guide
• Cutting, splicing, or any modification to the LED strips or wiring
• Melted, pinched, or burned wires caused by incorrect routing
• Physical damage from crashes, drops, or impacts
• User error of any kind
• Water damage resulting from improper sealing after modification
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Use of third-party controllers or incompatible accessories

MotoGlow Lights LLC reserves the right to request additional evidence and to make the final determination on all warranty claims. Submitting a fraudulent claim may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
